For full information, please note that when sending communications, BETA-TRANS S.p.A. uses its own BETA-TRANS S.p.A. Platform (or the MailChimp platform - mailchimp.com, for which the relevant Privacy Policy applies), which, through statistical tracking systems (e.g., web beacons), enables detecting when a message is opened, the links clicked within the email, from which IP address or browser type the email is opened, and other similar details. The collection of such data is functional to the use of the platform and constitutes an integral part of the message sending system functionalities.
